Visiting this website

The page has no advertising analytics, tracking cookies or account registration. Private document handover links are issued only after review scope and data handling are agreed. The hosting provider may process technical request information to serve and secure the website.

Contacting us

The email link opens your email application. Nothing is submitted by this page. If you send an enquiry, your contact details and message are used to reply and discuss the potential work. You are not added to a marketing list by enquiring.

Review enquiries are handled through Resend and our Railway-hosted conversation service. Initial replies may be automated; review scope and timing are confirmed before work starts. Conversation content is removed from our active store after 30 days without activity. Minimal delivery and opt-out records remain to prevent duplicate or unwanted replies. Email providers maintain their own copies under their retention policies.

Please keep the first message free of customer-identifying information and invoice attachments. For questions about your enquiry information or a request to remove it, email hello@invoicecheq.com.

Document handover

Private links permit uploads only and expire after no more than 72 hours. Uploaded contents, filenames and review details are encrypted in storage on our Railway-hosted service. InvoiceCheq can decrypt them to carry out your review; this is not end-to-end encryption. The link shows the agreed deletion date, normally seven days after it is issued and never more than fourteen. Files are automatically removed from active storage by that date, with a retention check every minute while the service runs and at startup. If the service is offline, deletion runs when it resumes. Technical hosting logs and provider-managed infrastructure retention are separate. We do not enable volume backup schedules for this handover. Contact us for earlier deletion or to close a link.

Before any invoice records are shared

We agree the scope, necessary records, transfer method, authorised access and retention/deletion arrangements before beginning either a free or paid review.

First replies may be automated. Review scope and timing are confirmed before work begins.
