SMALL SCOPE. CLEAR OUTPUT.
Tell us what the customer questioned, where the supporting records live and what you have already tried. A few sentences by email are enough. Leave out customer names and attachments.
If the query fits, we agree a free review of one invoice and its relevant query and delivery records. We confirm the secure transfer method and delivery date before requesting documents.
Receive a human-reviewed summary of the facts, discrepancies, missing evidence and a draft next step. Reply by email; a call is optional. Choose a larger paid review only if it would help.
WHEN YOU NEED A LARGER REVIEW
The first suitable query is reviewed free, with no commitment to further work. One invoice per business, with the scope agreed first.
Best suited to UK distributors and wholesalers with recurring invoice queries and an accessible set of supporting records.
For a recurring backlog, the paid pilot below covers a larger set of invoices.
Aim: delivery within five business days of receiving usable records. Timing and scope are confirmed before you commit. Any applicable tax is included in the quoted £500 total.
Ask about the £500 pilotScope agreed by email. No automatic charge or renewal.
BEFORE WE START
No. Describe one query by email first. There is no accounting connection to set up, and calls are optional. A review uses only the relevant records agreed with you.
One suitable delivery-related invoice query per business, with the invoice and relevant query and delivery records. We agree scope and timing first. You receive a human-reviewed evidence summary, visible gaps and a draft next action. It is not an instant automated check, and there is no obligation to buy the larger pilot.
We start by checking what it already does. The pilot is useful only if your team still has to reconstruct invoice queries across records. If your current process already handles the work well, there may be no need for this review.
Your finance team keeps control of customer contact. The pilot provides evidence and proposed next actions. It does not include debtor contact, collection activity or a guarantee of payment.
The report marks the reason as unknown and identifies what is missing. We won’t turn a missing document into a confident conclusion. We check a small example before agreeing the paid scope.
Document uploads use a private, expiring link issued for your agreed review. Before either a free or paid review, we agree the necessary records, a secure transfer method, who may access them and when they will be deleted. Describe the query without attachments or customer-identifying information first.
The first pilot is a one-off engagement. If there is a useful recurring job, we can discuss a separately scoped review. There is no automatic renewal.
